Das Projekt „Jugendliche mit Perspektive für eine Berufsausbildung (JumB)“ wird im Rahmen des Programms „Rat geben – Ja zur Ausbildung!“ durch das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales und die Europäische Union über den Europäischen Sozialfonds Plus (ESF Plus) gefördert.

- Individual assistance in finding an apprenticeship
- Advice on (foreign) school qualifications
- Recognise strengths and use them correctly
Develop/identify paths to career goals and increase motivation - Introduce the diversity of jobs with apprenticeship and explain further training opportunities
- Show the advantages of an apprenticeship by using practical excamples
- Trainings and coachigs to the topic creating applications and preparing for a job interviews
